# Zephyr

A [zephyr](/content/glossary/zephyr/index.html) is a thin kind of cassimeremade (lightweight twilled woolen fabric). The term also refers to a waterproof fabric of wool or any variation of fine, lightweight quality like [yarn](/content/glossary/yarn/index.html). It can be used for all kind of cloth garments.
